I discovered that the problem was that PaperPort wasn’t working with XP. I fiddled around a bit and I got it to work! You can’t post answers that contain an email address. Is this a known issue?

If so how do I do it ivsioneer the installation cd? Now, when I hit my scanner button, the Visioneer Scan Manager comes up and I can scan the item without any problem at all. There was an error message telling me the driver was not compatible with XP.
