Did you manage to solve it? I used this to replace an old Promise esata card which was slower by specsand now I ordered a Vantec 4-channel card.
I’m having the same issues you are describing here. After a lot of failed attempts Flashing the BIOS to different versions [Base, Sataraid 5] accordingly changing the drivers, using older driversunfortunately nothing worked. I did a clean install with Windows 10but the issue remains. I also need to report that I have my motherboard’s most recent BIOS version F5 and all newest drivers for the rest of the hardware which is mostly brand newincluding Intel’s chipset and Rapid Storage.
