When I try to update the drivers of the device for each Device Manager, Windows cannot find a driver for the device. I just installed Win 7 bit and my volume control does not work properly. A look at the Device Manager Windows 7, bit shows the “Base System Device”, and reports “The drivers for this device are not installed. Tried instaliing driver s from HP site but the I recently installed windows 7 ultimate x 64 and I went to install my drivers. My remaining issue is the Missing Base System Driver.

I improved by doing a clean install of Windows 7 bit. All I want to know is hp probook 4540s base system device drivers I 45400s. I had to do a full reinstall a month ago but thought all the things were installed.
