First of all I thought this may be a visual bug and is normal but it really affects the performance of the network mostly when I want to transfer large files on the network which I have no issue with other wireless devices on the network. Webpages started loading initially, but suddenly requests started to time out, and that continued until restarting the wifi-adapter.

The adapter on this notebook is Intel Centrino Wireless-N But yet sometimes, every few minutes not fjitsufluctuates to 18 and But my old notebook’s hardware is centrino and its wireless adapter is Intel Pro dont remember exact model number and I have no issue with my home wireless network.
I have bought a new Lifebook AH a month ago and I have too many wonderful issues with its wireless adapter since I have purchased. Fujitsu should consider a fix for this issue for all sold notebooks.
After replacement, they put the notebook in their wireless network for 3 days and then stated that there was no problem after replacement. After updating the driver fluctuation is now reduced. The wonderful part is that when the Antenna lines come to 3 the speed goes upper to 48 or 54 which is what I cannot really understand. I’ve put the N back in, and continue to use a USB wireless adaptor which is far more stable.
They MUST consider free wireless adapter upgrade.

I can watch the speed of both inbuilt and usb adaptor and the inbuilt is up and down while the usb is static at full speed. At first days I had purchased, it was connecting hardly and I needed to carry it to a nearer place to connect and after returning to the desk it either remained connected and working or got disconnected.
We fjjitsu have paid a lot of money on our notebooks. Also copying files between my Lifebook and other PCs in the network is slow, It is notable that the bluetooth of the adapter is working well, I am using Windows 7 Professional and I am sure that there is no issue with my OS as I have reinstalled it many times.
It’s a very common problem google N brings up no end of complaints. I replaced the N card with the next card in the range the N this card allows 2. I uninstalled all the fujitsu applications regarding power handling and power saving and whatnot, and ag531 i configured the windows power plan advanced – wireless adapter power saving – and set all to maximum performance eg.
Did the service store tried to reproduce the problem with their own wlan network so that you know if the problem also appears at another wfi network? It never settles fujistu one speed. I’ve tried pretty much any fix I’ve seen mentioned, from disabling bluetooth which shares the adaptor, installing latest drivers and software, cleaning registry.
One thing I have had a few times when trying driver updates is the BSOD resulting in a system restore. And then wifi worked perfectly. Searching various forums once again brought up many unanswered queries concerning the same problem.
