What floppy or what CD in particular? If you have not already done so, download all the latest drivers for the A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard from the Asus website and have them ready to use on a CD or flashdrive immediately after the installation of Windows XP.
System is stable when using Deluce for normal activities that doesnt include heavy gaming.

There should be a sticker that came with the mother board that shows where each jumper and what each position means. Did this to test if SATA drive might be causing this.
